Lake Jordan HOBO Scholarship Form 2025
This year, we had the privilege of awarding two $1,000 scholarships generously provided by the family of Barbara Dreyer—a true Lake Jordan HOBO legend. Barbara’s unwavering love for our lake shaped the vibrant, welcoming place we all cherish today. Her infectious laughter and boundless kindness touched the hearts of everyone who knew her, and we are truly blessed to have called her our friend. Her dedication and passion made Lake Jordan more beautiful in every way, and for that, we will be forever grateful.
The recipients of the Barbara Dreyer Scholarships for 2025:
• Caden Carpenter is graduating from Loveless Academic Magnet Program (LAMP) High School and will be pursuing a degree in mechanical engineering at Auburn University.
• John Kujala is graduating from Edgewood Academy and will be pursuing a degree in mechanical engineering at
Auburn University.
The recipients of the Annual Lake Jordan HOBO $1000 Scholarships for 2025:
